Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Documentation & Work Instructions- Create, update, and complete Work Instructions (WIs) for legacy products
- Identify and close documentation gaps that create quality, throughput, or scalability risk
- Standardize manufacturing documentation to enable repeatable, production-ready builds
- Define, document, and maintain manufacturing processes to support stable, repeatable production
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve quality, yield, and manufacturability
- Proactively resolve known build issues to reduce downstream production disruptions and firefighting
- Own ongoing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) execution for legacy products, including:
- Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, updates, and corrections
- Drawing updates and release coordination
- New part creation and lifecycle management
- Maintain clean, accurate, and production-ready build definitions to support manufacturing execution
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations for actively shipping legacy products
- Partner closely with Operations and Project Management to prioritize and execute engineering work
- Manage and execute a large and growing backlog of engineering tasks
- Provide clear status updates, risk identification, and execution progress to stakeholders
- Protect current revenue and operational stability by ensuring legacy products remain well supported
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks related to documentation quality, process maturity, or PLM accuracy
- Complete Work Instruction coverage for assigned products
- Clearly documented and implemented manufacturing processes
- Accurate, up-to-date BOMs and drawings within the PLM system
- Timely execution and closure of assigned engineering tasks
- Improved production stability, quality, yield, and throughput

- 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a high-growth environment
- Hands on experience with PLM systems (Arena preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Solidworks
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Arena PLM experience
