• Create, update, and complete Work Instructions (WIs) for legacy products
• Identify and close documentation gaps that create quality, throughput, or scalability risk
• Standardize manufacturing documentation to enable repeatable, production-ready builds

• Define, document, and maintain manufacturing processes to support stable, repeatable production
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve quality, yield, and manufacturability
• Proactively resolve known build issues to reduce downstream production disruptions and firefighting

• Own ongoing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) execution for legacy products, including:
• Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, updates, and corrections
• Drawing updates and release coordination
• New part creation and lifecycle management
• Maintain clean, accurate, and production-ready build definitions to support manufacturing execution

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations for actively shipping legacy products
• Partner closely with Operations and Project Management to prioritize and execute engineering work
• Manage and execute a large and growing backlog of engineering tasks
• Provide clear status updates, risk identification, and execution progress to stakeholders

• Protect current revenue and operational stability by ensuring legacy products remain well supported
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks related to documentation quality, process maturity, or PLM accuracy

• Complete Work Instruction coverage for assigned products
• Clearly documented and implemented manufacturing processes
• Accurate, up-to-date BOMs and drawings within the PLM system
• Timely execution and closure of assigned engineering tasks
• Improved production stability, quality, yield, and throughput

• 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a high-growth environment
• Hands on experience with PLM systems (Arena preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Solidworks
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Arena PLM experience
