Candidates should have 15+ years in memory design, proficiency in SPICE and strong leadership skills. This role encompasses responsibilities from specification through to tapeout. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of knowledge in mixed-signal design and a proven track record with memory technologies.

A competitive salary between $150,000 and $200,000 per year is offered.
