Our mission critical team is at the forefront of hyperscale and enterprise data center construction - building the infrastructure that keeps the world connected with a rapidly growing data center portfolio in Arizona, they are looking for a Scheduling Manager.
Position OverviewThe Scheduling Manager – Data Centers is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing all project scheduling activities for hyperscale Data Center projects. This role ensures accurate planning, sequencing, and reporting of all construction activities to support on‑time and on‑budget project delivery. You will work closely with project executives, construction managers, engineers, trade partners, and clients to develop integrated schedules that align with complex MEP installations, commissioning milestones, and mission‑critical turnover requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead scheduling strategy for mission‑critical data center projects
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed CPM project schedules from preconstruction through turnover
- Establish schedule baselines and manage progress updates, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Integrate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities into a fully coordinated master schedule
- Manage pull planning sessions and support lean scheduling initiatives
- Analyze critical path, near‑critical activities, and float trends to proactively mitigate risk
- Support cost and resource loading where required
- Prepare executive‑level schedule reports and presentations for internal leadership and clients
- Coordinate with trade partners to validate sequencing, durations, and manpower projections
- Support client milestone tracking, including substantial completion and phased turnovers
- Ensure compliance with owner reporting standards and mission‑critical delivery timelines
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and schedule discipline on site
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling
- Direct data center or advanced tech project experience essential
- Expert knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and critical path methodology
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required); experience with MS Project and other scheduling tools is a plus
