Position
AH-64/AH-6i Sustainment Chief Engineer, M-level, Mesa, Arizona
Position Responsibilities- Ensure safety and product integrity for the sustainment and support of all aircraft platforms within the AH-64 portfolio
- Coordinate with BDS and BGS counterparts for seamless execution of the program deliverables and fleet support
- Manage program technical performance metrics, driving first‑time quality, engineering health, and on‑time delivery performance
- Manage program engineering staffing requirements
- Lead productivity improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives in collaboration with engineering capabilities
- Manage and ensure technical risks/issues are driven to closure
- Support development of technology investment plans and digital solutions roadmaps to drive business growth
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in at least one of the following Integrated Product Support elements:
Product Support Management, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, Technical Data, Support Equipment, Sustaining Engineering, or Design for Maintainability/Supportability - Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
- Experience leading safety or quality teams and activities including Safety Action Groups (SAGs), Safety Risk Management (SRM), Safety Assurance (SA), or related activities
- 10+ years of experience in development programs (integration, test phases), production support, or sustainment engineering
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or an equivalent qualification directly related to the work statement
- 5+ years of experience or greater in a managerial role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong business acumen and ability to work at senior levels of the business
- Experience interfacing directly with the United States Army, Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD), and International Customers
- Active Current U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management)
Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required post‑start.

Benefits SummarySummary pay range: $198,900 – $269,100.
