As a Composite Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of production methodologies and tooling for composite aircraft parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality standards.
Position Responsibilities- Anticipates and identifies process‑related failure points within fabrication operations and drives development of mitigation plans, standardized work, and continuous improvement actions.
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
- Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implements lean principles and technologies.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 5+ years work‑related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of work‑related experience and technical education.
- Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting.
Relocation will be offered to eligible candidates. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $103,700 – $140,300.
