Position: Inspector - FAI Support
The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking an Inspector - FAI Support to work
out of its state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.

The key responsibilities of this Position include, but are not limited to:

Create ballooned (Bubble) drawings from engineering drawings
Identify and label drawing characteristics (dimensions, notes, tolerances)
Basic understanding of First Article Inspection (FAI) concepts and
documentation
Familiarity with SAE AS9102 requirements (preferred, not required)
Support preparation of FAI reports (Forms 1, 2, and
3) with guidance
Perform detailed and accurate work when documenting attribute and variable
characteristics
Communicate with Engineering and Quality teams to clarify drawing
requirements

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

High school diploma and Two years of quality inspector experience
Basic understanding of First Article Inspection (FAI) concepts and
documentation
Familiarity with SAE AS9102 requirements (preferred, not required)
