** Mine Star Performance Engineer** , you will be at the core of both staffed and autonomous mining operations, partnering closely with customers to elevate safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

This role sits within the  
** Mine Star Performance Center** , with a key focus on optimizing the performance of  
** Mine Star Fleet
** and  
** Command for Hauling
** applications across the region. You'll work directly with customers, dealers, and internal teams to drive measurable improvements using data, assessments, and performance tools-and act on opportunities that unlock value.

** What You Will Do*
* + Called upon as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support safe and effective performance for Mine Star Fleet and Command for Hauling customers.

+ Lead and deliver Site Assessments, continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, and performance tool implementations.

+ Apply advanced methodologies and tools to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control performance for Mine Star applications.

+ Provide coaching and mentoring to Caterpillar teams, dealers, and mining customers.

+ Advise customers on operational best practices and CI opportunities to unlock higher performance.

+ Maintain and update operational documentation to reflect best practices and performance insights.

+ Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to enhance technology offerings.

+ Support both contractual and non-contractual customer performance commitments.
