Electrical Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

The position will be responsible for troubleshooting issues from vehicle end‑of‑line testing and bring‑up.

The candidate needs to be strong in understanding electrical systems, root‑cause analysis, and familiarity with software‑driven diagnostic testing. This position will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• At least 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, or validation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Experience with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, CAN diagnostics).
• Familiarity with software diagnostic tools (command line interfaces, interpreting log files).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Comfortable using standard business tools (spreadsheets, email, documentation tools).
• Willing and able to travel for medium durations as needed.

• Experience with autonomous or electric vehicles.
• Experience with prototype or early‑stage development engineering projects.
• Experience working in manufacturing, validation, or vehicle bring‑up environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and drive issues to resolution, including cross‑team collaboration.
• Support the bring‑up and validation of autonomous vehicle systems.
• Design, execute, and analyze electrical tests.
• Develop, maintain, and improve electrical documentation and test procedures.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year
