Remote role in the United States. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
What You Will Do- Provide timely, accurate and precise failure or issue knowledge to Raytheon programs, minimizing production and sustainment impacts and costs.
- Identify failure or issue root cause, usage boundaries scope, and effectively communicate to impacted programs.
- Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external customers to support resolution and mitigation of program impacts.
- Interpret and analyze data and results related to possible quality and reliability issues arising from faulty or counterfeit components.
- Manage mitigation of alerts by affected programs.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience preparing and presenting presentations detailing issues with recommended action plans to program officials, seeking approval and driving implementation of process or change.
- Experience with component data/drawings and how part applications help meet program/project objectives and requirements.
- Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) use, indenturing, and management for developmental and production programs.
- Knowledge of how Component MIL Specs, drawings, standards, and associated QPLs and QMLs are represented within design packages.
- Understanding of application concepts as they apply to the use of electronic components.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of component failure modes by commodity, component reliability process monitors, and/or qualification methodologies.
Salary range: 107,500
USD – 204,500
