We are seeking a self‑motivated, leader in Electrical Engineering to direct and support our Electrical Engineering team on mining, minerals, and metals projects across the US. The role involves managing projects from study to commissioning, ensuring quality, cost and schedule adherence, and upholding safety standards.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary Electrical Engineering teams for large scale mining projects.
• Act as discipline lead and technical authority, overseeing design, calculations, specifications, drawings and project deliverables.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal disciplines, vendors and stakeholders to maintain scope alignment.
• Define scope, planning, resource estimation and progress control for Electrical activities, aligned to WBS and schedule.
• Support proposal development including RFP responses and technical write‑ups.
• Maintain technical integrity and quality through reviews, verification and final approvals.
• Design coordination and interdisciplinary integration to resolve technical interfaces.
• Apply mining‑specific electrical system knowledge – power distribution, load calculations, equipment design.
• Support procurement activities – specifications, datasheets, material requisitions and technical bid evaluations.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning and field activities.
• Ensure adherence to scope, change‑management processes and all applicable regulations.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve technical challenges and stay abreast of industry advancements.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering technical development.
• Plan and manage Electrical Engineering resources and monitor discipline performance.
• Participate in project meetings, progress reporting and strategic pursuit of business development.
• Utilize industry tools: ETAP, DIALux, Aveva E3D, Smart 3D, MS Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Lead or Principal Electrical Engineer experience.
• 8+ years of experience on Mining, Minerals & Metals projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona (or ability to obtain within short term).

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of EPC/EPCM Mining project experience.
• Mining regulatory/MSHA certification.
• Resident AZ P.E. license.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership experience managing critical projects with focus on safety and value optimization.
