A high-reliability aerospace and defense manufacturing company is seeking a Test Engineer to support the development, execution, and improvement of production test systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys solving complex test and product issues in a manufacturing environment. The engineer will play a key role in improving test processes, driving root cause resolution, and supporting production quality and throughput.

Test Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, and maintain test procedures, plans, and methods for production products
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits to identify root causes of test and product failures
• Support product testing and document results while driving issues to resolution with engineering teams
• Work closely with test technicians to improve test processes, throughput, and acceptance rates
• Ensure all products meet defined quality and functional testing requirements

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: $80,000 - $110,000 annually

Test Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in test engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing test environment
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform root cause analysis
• Experience with production or product testing in a manufacturing setting
