This role leads electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy, partnering with multiple disciplines to deliver projects on time and within budget. Other responsibilities of this position include:

• Lead electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, standards, and best practices
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions, troubleshoot issues, and validate design implementation.
• Design within a BIM environment (Revit/AutoCAD)
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

10+ years of experience in consulting or design-build environments

PE license

Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA, energy standards, etc.)

Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or similar tools

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
