Numem Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Memory Circuit Design Engineer to lead the design of memory subsystems in advanced mixed-signal SoCs. This onsite full-time position is based in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will take ownership from specification through tapeout while mentoring junior engineers.
Ideal candidates will possess a BSEE/MSEE/PhD and have over 15 years of experience with memory circuit design, demonstrating a proven history of successful tapeouts and deep expertise in mixed-signal design fundamentals.
