Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative for technical field support of the AH64D/E aircraft in Mesa, Arizona. The successful candidate will be technically proficient, possess strong relationship skills, and be able to coach others in maintaining the AH64 D/E helicopter.

This position may be located at various global locations. It will initially start in Mesa, Arizona for training and may be eventually assigned elsewhere based on contract requirements. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. The role requires willingness to travel frequently to domestic and international sites and to comply with international assignment health requirements. Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another location based on customer needs and/or management requirements.

Specific contracts may require deployment to a US DOD contingency operation and must meet military contractor health standards.

• Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems
• Provides customer focused technical field support of AH64 aircraft for Boeing's customers on a global scale
• Aids the customer in troubleshooting procedures for drives, propulsion, pneumatic, electrical and armament systems
• Resolves maintenance and operational issues
• Interprets technical documents and monitors product performances
• Develops and conducts ad hoc training in an informal/on-the-job training environment
• Responds to operational issues by interpreting technical documents to identify, diagnose and resolve issues in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
• Collaborates with company organizations to isolate equipment problems not detected by diagnostics and standard documentation
• Collects technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures to address potential support issues
• Manages field office resources and maintains company presence
• Prepares and submits required data using various reporting methods using strong written and oral communication skills
• Interfaces with all levels of customer organizations
• Interprets technical drawings and data to apply knowledge in rectifying aircraft mechanical and electrical issues
• Familiar with MS Office and capable of concise reporting and remote communications
• Possesses applicable educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working maintenance for AH-64D or AH-64E aircraft
• Willingness and ability to deploy/travel to various locations (domestic and international) on short notice as required by the statement of work. Failure to deploy/travel may be considered resignation.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to various locations (domestic and international) as required. Failure to relocate may be considered resignation.
• Must possess a current US Passport

• Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on country requirements
• Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable
• Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country
• The offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which they will be assigned

Relocation benefits will be provided only to the international assignment. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
