Our client is expanding operations and hiring Automation Technicians to support advanced automated production equipment. This is a hands on role working with PLC driven systems, robotics, conveyors, and material handling equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
You will work alongside engineers and experienced technicians to troubleshoot, maintain, improve, and optimize automation systems that keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled automation systems
Maintain and support industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, and motor controls
Diagnose and resolve issues involving VFDs, drives, and electrical control panels
Partner with automation engineers on equipment improvements and optimization projects
Perform preventive maintenance on automated production lines
Respond to equipment downtime and assist with root cause analysis
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
What We're Looking For We are seeking technicians with experience supporting automated equipment and manufacturing systems.
Preferred Experience Industrial automation environmentsPLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley preferred)
Robotics and automated conveyor systems
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Sensors, motor controls, and VFDsPreventive and corrective maintenance practices
Backgrounds That Translate Well Manufacturing and production facilities
Distribution and fulfillment centers
Automated material handling systems
Robotics environments
Industrial maintenance supporting automated equipment
