Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to provide technical field support for the AH64D/E helicopter in Mesa, Arizona, with potential assignments worldwide. The role requires extensive maintenance experience on the AH64 helicopter and willingness to relocate and travel internationally to meet customer needs.
Position Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems.
- Provide customer-focused technical field support of the AH64 aircraft on a global scale.
- Aid customers in troubleshooting drives, propulsion, pneudraulic, electrical, and armament systems.
- Resolve maintenance and operational issues.
- Interpret technical documents and monitor product performance.
- Develop and conduct ad hoc training in informal/on-the-job training environments.
- Respond to operational issues by diagnosing and resolving issues in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
- Collaborate with company organizations to isolate equipment problems not detected by diagnostics and standard documentation.
- Collect technical data and evaluate maintenance procedures to address potential support issues.
- Manage field office resources and maintain company presence.
- Prepare and submit required data using various reporting methods, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interface with all levels of customer organizations.
- Interpret technical drawings and data to apply knowledge in rectifying aircraft mechanical and electrical issues.
- Use MS Office and prepare concise reporting and remote communications.
- Apply relevant educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience on AH-64D or AH-64E aircraft.
- Willingness and ability to deploy/travel to a variety of domestic and international locations on short notice.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to domestic and international locations on short notice.
- Current U.S. passport required.
- Must meet international assignment health requirements.
- Must pass U.S. Secretary of Defense health standards for deployment to U.S. DOD contingency operations if required.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required; active clearance within last 24 months acceptable.
- U.S. Person required (citizen, national, LPR, refugee, or asylee).
- Position does not sponsor employment visas.
- Position is for 1st shift.
- Position is drug‑free; applicants will be subject to drug testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol.
Pay range: $85,850 – $116,150. Eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs that include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and other paid/unpaid time away from work. Benefits vary by location, date of hire, and collective bargaining agreements.
