Fat Cats Arcade Technician role focuses on keeping arcade games in top shape to create a fantastic experience for guests. You will diagnose game issues, perform routine maintenance, and handle repairs. This position suits a tech-savvy problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work in a lively atmosphere.

Shifts include nights and weekends; holidays as needed. We strive to accommodate your schedule where possible.

As an Arcade Technician at Fat Cats, you ll keep our arcade games in top shape, diagnosing game issues, performing routine maintenance, and handling game repairs. If you re a tech-savvy problem-solver who loves hands-on work, this role is a fit for you.

On a typical day, you ll maintain and clean arcade games, monitor their performance, and perform necessary repairs. You ll troubleshoot technical issues, assist guests with problems, help with prize selection in the redemption area, and update the Attractions Manager on status of each game. You ll also support other tech projects and help with overall upkeep to ensure every game is ready for fun.

• Maintain and clean arcade games; monitor performance and conduct repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues
• Assist guests with problems or prize selections in the redemption area
• Update the Attractions Manager on the status of each game
• Support other tech projects and contribute to overall arcade upkeep

• One year of technical computer experience or relevant training
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues
• Strong teamwork and clear communication
• Proactive with the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
• Effective time and task management
