Position OverviewBoeing Mesa Attack Helicopter Rotor System Engineering is seeking an experienced or senior Manufacturing Liaison Engineer in Coxsackie, NY (30 minutes south of Albany) to review AH‑64 Apache tail rotor blade manufacturing processes. This is a full‑time, on‑site first‑shift engineering position based at the supplier, Ducommun, located at the Coxsackie, NY facility. The role will also provide intermittent support in Mesa, AZ, via virtual collaboration and travel.

Primary location:
Coxsackie, NY. Intermittent travel to Mesa, AZ as required.
- Assist in reviewing non‑conforming products, enhancing manufacturing planning, and spot‑checking production technician training/skill level.
- Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for quality issues, reviewing tooling condition and effective operation.
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- 3+ years’ experience gathering data and performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent related field.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; final U.S. Secret clearance Post‑Start required.
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
- Mechanical or Materials engineering degree.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical or materials engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in liaison engineering.
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry, with ~5+ years related work experience or equivalent combination. ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
Level 4: Same as Level 3 but with ~9+ years related work experience or equivalent combination.
Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay ranges are based on candidate experience and qualifications.
Level 3 salary range: $103,700 – $140,300
Level 4 salary range: $126,650 – $171,350
