Remarketing Coordinator

Drive Time Family of Brands includes in‑house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for Drive Time and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

In short, as the Remarketing Coordinator you will work with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize the return on Bridgecrest/Drive Time vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately track vehicles through the auction process.
  • Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels.
  • Monitor movement and ensure that all vehicles are secured at auction.
  • Work with state DMVs to obtain a transferrable vehicle title.
  • Audit auction invoicing and follow up on sale proceeds.
  • Interdepartmental communication.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a wide variety of audiences including management.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Agility in a fast‑paced environment; able to handle rapid change.
  • Team‑player who collaborates well with others.
  • Passionate and goal‑oriented; enthusiastic about meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills; able to identify problems and provide solutions.
Specifics
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be comfortable working on site with availability weekdays from 6:30 am – 3:30 pm at our Operations Center in East Mesa.
