Greenfield Nails And Spa in Gilbert, AZ is looking for Front End Receptionist to join our strong team and busy salon environment. Part Time or Full Time. We are located on 888 S Greenfield Rd 105. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization of resources
• Improve Client Loyalty and Attract new clients.
• Assigned clients accordingly to the correct technicians

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Nail Industry Experience
• Professional
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Multitasker
• Ability to be on your feet and mobile
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Willing to grow through constructive criticism
