• Develop and implement tax planning and strategies to help the organization maintain compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
• Identify and implement tax‑saving opportunities and strategies to maximize deductions and avoid penalties.
• Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of various tax returns (federal, state, local, and international) in accordance with applicable tax laws.
• Closely manage and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of all tax obligations.
• Coordinate and manage tax audits by governmental authorities (IRS, state, local).
• Respond to tax correspondence and address inquiries from tax authorities.
• Analyze tax law and policy to identify solutions for the organization’s specific needs.
• Stay updated on evolving tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Analyze and interpret complex tax regulations and communicate their impact to management and the tax team.
• Conduct tax research to address specific tax issues and provide advice to clients or colleagues.

• Expert Credentials:
  Active CPA license with 7+ years of public accounting experience. (Bonus points for Ultra Tax CS mastery or a background in both For‑Profit and Nonprofit tax).
• Operational Excellence:
  Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and empower a team through strategic delegation.
• Executive Presence:
  Exceptional confidence in advising high‑net‑worth clients and articulating complex tax concepts with clarity.

This position can be remote, hybrid, or in-office with Arizona residence highly preferred.
