Finance Director
Location:
Mesa, Arizona (100% onsite; open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of Mesa, AZ). Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 base.

- Oversee inventory accounting practices and coordinate valuation processes.
- Partner with operations and leadership to drive accurate reporting and insights.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience (manufacturing or CPG preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and multi‑location operations.
- Experience with SOX compliance and a public company environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
