Syndication Loan Closing Administrator
We are seeking a Syndication Loan Closing Administrator to join Zions Bancorporation. The Syndication Loan Closing Administrator plays a key role in supporting syndication and commercial real estate loan closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the documentation process.
Responsibilities- Support syndication and commercial real estate loan closing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Review, interpret, and process complex loan and legal documentation.
- Apply solid working knowledge of loan principles, construction due diligence, and risk management.
- Resolve moderately complex problems using sound judgment within defined practices and procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and processes.
- Provide audit, customer service, and problem resolution support.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced loan specialists/closers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, relationship managers, internal/external legal counsel, and credit management.
- Utilize various word processing and spreadsheet software for loan documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives; other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1+ years of syndication, commercial real estate documentation/closing, or similar experience, including reading and interpreting loan and legal documentation.
- Combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Knowledge of syndication, commercial real estate loan closing, lending compliance, and loan systems.
- Solid working knowledge of loan principles, construction due diligence, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem resolution skills.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under limited supervision and proactively seek assistance when needed.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
This position is fully in office (5 days a week) from the following office locations:
- Mesa, AZ
- Irvine, CA
- Denver, CO
- Las Vegas, NV
- Houston, TX
- Midvale, UT
$25 $ 64 (Based upon relatable skills/experience)
