PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture. This teller lead role is within PNC’s Branch Banking organization. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description- Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience, improve customer financial wellbeing, and build loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and positions PNC products to meet their needs, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions through technology, tools, and resources.
- Exhibits clear communication skills, handles transactions efficiently, and resolves problems using established processes.
- Assists the Branch Manager with performance management and new‑hire selection, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately.
