Relationship Banker

• Engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
• Assist clients with conducting banking transactions
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance preferred
