The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an expert in policy administration to become the Policy Program Administrator. This position is the Administrator of the policy unit, responsible for overseeing the development of policies and written instructions for the Arizona Department of Corrections, Reentry and Rehabilitation.
Ensures the efficiency and integrity of the policy system through the development and implementation of process guidelines, ongoing collaborative communication with executive leadership, and facilitation of subject matter expert teams to advise on policy development. Also supervises policy unit staff managing workflow processes.

Positions in this classification participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS). Enrollment eligibility will become effective after 27 weeks of employment.
