WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Our Recreational Activities Assistant works Monday through Wednesday for 20 to 25 hours per week
. You'll work with our assisted living team to help make days a little more special for our senior residents! In this part-time role, you'll brainstorm daily, weekly, group, and one-on-one recreational activities for residents and lead the residents in participating in these activities. Highly uplifting and enthusiastic, you'll engage residents, encourage their participation, and support their socialization. Over time, you'll get to know our residents and form meaningful bonds with them.
You'll update our activities calendar, prepare materials beforehand, and participate in special projects, making a noticeable difference every day!
