• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping products and related procedures
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR an Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and be available within the assigned territory daily
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, including EP lab or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales environment
