Monday: Crisis | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join a mission-driven behavioral health team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent split schedule , strong leadership support, and an exceptional benefits package , including a $10,000 sign-on bonus for all floor RNs .

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient and crisis behavioral health settings

Deliver detox services and support crisis stabilization

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans

Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment

Accurately document care and patient progress in the EMR

Requirements

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required)

BLS certification (required)

Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required)

Ability to work 12-hour fixed shifts across inpatient and crisis units

Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills

Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health
