Active Arizona or Compact license

Certifications:

Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Must-Have:
Candidates with an Arizona driver's license will not be considered.
Verification cannot show any hits on the license at the time of submission.
The traveler must have a flu vaccination.
Compliance with specific background requirements is mandatory.

Description:

This is a Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech position.
Cath scrub skills are required.
Candidates must be willing to accept and work in all experienced departments listed.
Please ensure all requests are noted clearly.
All shifts the traveler is open to working must be articulated.
All departments the traveler is willing to work in should be indicated.
Candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment.
Any withdrawal or unavailability must be communicated promptly.
All necessary documentation must be provided and up to date.
Flu vaccination declinations can be applied for; please reach out for forms if needed.
