About the position
: shift: 6:30 am-5:00 pm 630am - 5pm or 7am - 530pm/40 hours guaranteed/banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift p description: this order has a $10000 completion bonus. Cath scrub skills required. Nights, weekends and call required. Follow all department guidelines.az residents are not eligible for assignments in any arizona facility!banner has a specific coverpage. Please ensure candidates clearly outline all criteria they re willing toaccept.
The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, thefaster we can secure an offer!the cover page needs to be 100% accurate with all requests noted. Candidates must be able to start onthe listed start date, or no more than one week later rto must be on the cover page and cannot exceed7 days. No rto during the first week of assignment please list all facilities the candidate iswilling to work in.
Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state all shifts the candidate is willing to work all departments the candidate is experienced and willing to workall candidates submittedshould be pre-closed and ready to accept. Please let us know immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Submission requirements: must have a minimum of 24 months cardiac cath lab experience (withrecent experience in last 12 months) -[required] life support certifications must be from aha, arc,or ashi -[required] no hits on state license to practice -[required][document] rto cannot exceed 7 days, no rto during thefirst week of assignment -[required] candidate driver s license to verify residency-[required] flu vaccination: medical and/orreligious exemption forms available upon request.
