Schedule:
Design a schedule that works with your clients. - Career Growth: Opportunities for continued education, BCBA mentorship, and professional development.

- Local Work: Serve families in Mesa and nearby communities.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or in the new Mesa clinic under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record accurate data to drive treatment success.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
- Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to ensure client progress.
- Foster positive, engaging learning environments for every child.
We’re seeking professional, compassionate RBTs who:
- Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
. - Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and integrity
. - Bring enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to each session.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification ($22‑$25/hour).
