• Assist members with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our members.
• Monitor and document changes in members' health and report to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Help with mobility and physical exercises to promote physical wellness.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for members.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various member locations.
• Background check clearance and adherence to company policies.
