We are looking for people ages 23+ who like to work with kids and want to make a difference in this world!

We need people who can show compassion but provide strong leadership. People who can teach and coach, show the youth how to cook a proper meal, how to do their own laundry, how to dribble a basketball, and to teach the youth to show compassion for others.

• Valid AZ driver’s license and Level 1 fingerprint card

• Monday-Friday 10pm-8am (40 hrs) - overnight
• Monday-Friday 4pm-12am (40 hrs)
• Saturday and Sunday 8pm-8am, overnight
• Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm
• Additional fill-in hours available during the week

Part-time, Full-time

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Mesa, AZ:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• High school or equivalent (required)

• Caregiving/working with youth: 1 year (required)

• Fingerprint card and driver's license (required)
• Previous experience as a Caregiver or Direct Care Staff is preferred
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all company and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
