Job Overview

Position:
Clinician (Licensed Therapist) at Stapley Health Center, Mesa, AZ. Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Pay range $57,000 to $83,000 depending on experience and license. Bilingual Spanish preferred, language differential pay offered.

• Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and group clients using evidence‑based practices.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation, chart progress, and submit monthly service reports.
• Coordinate services with state, federal and local agencies as needed.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and implement appropriate interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case discussions.

• Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MC, MSW) and an Arizona behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC) in good standing.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and minimum 4 years driving experience.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one within 7 days of hire.
• Background check clearance, no restraining orders within last 10 years, drug screen and TB test.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (Next Gen preferred) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• First Aid or CPR certification (provided during orientation).
