The Neighborhood Clinic in Mesa, AZ is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and love making patients feel at ease, we want to hear from you!

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EHR system
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and communication between clinical staff
• Manage front desk operations including filing, faxing, and maintaining a tidy reception area

• 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare front desk setting preferred
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and basic medical billing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a bonus
