Schedule:

• Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

R|O|C Physical Therapy is a community-oriented organization dedicated to serving our patients. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and responsible full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Build and maintain patient cases within the EMR system
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the call list efficiently
• Verify patient insurance as directed by the Office Manager
• Collaborate with the billing department regarding patient accounts
• Track and submit insurance authorizations and signed Plans of Care (POCs)
• Monitor Medicare tracking requirements
• Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles
