Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and resident care as assigned;
Document appropriate information, including incident reports, and communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor;
Maintain clear, accurate, complete, and confidential records on resident medication and care;
Track all orders for medication changes and/or refills, notify the pharmacy of new orders;
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident alerts or requests as needed
