Role Overview

As a Home Provider, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities by opening your home and integrating them into your household. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, medication management, building community connections, providing transportation, and supporting personal goals. Support may also involve personal care, behavioral, medical, or specialized needs based on the individual's requirements.

• Create a safe, welcoming environment where the individual feels valued and connected
• Support daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and decision-making
• Assist with medical appointments and medication administration
• Help build independence and confidence
• Maintain documentation and communicate with support teams

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Current resident of Arizona with own or rented home
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skills
• Ability to complete background checks and training
• Experience is preferred but not required

• Resources for licensing and program compliance
