Copa Health is seeking compassionate and dependable
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)to join our
PRN Program
. This position provides flexible coverage and support to our
Community Living Programs
, serving
adults
in residential program settings.

As a PRN BHT, you’ll play a vital role in supporting members with behavioral health needs, fostering independence, stability, and personal growth in a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral support to youth and adults in residential and program environments.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavioral plans while maintaining a supportive, trauma-informed approach.
• Engage members in daily living activities, skill-building exercises, and recreational opportunities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with program expectations and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and clinical staff to promote member success and program quality.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two - four years of behavioral health experience, preferably working with youth and/or adults in residential settings.
• Strong understanding of DBT principles and willingness to complete DBT training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different program environments and member needs.
• TB test clearance required prior to employment.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a
  Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
