• Manages and updates patient information within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, maintaining data integrity.
• Gathers comprehensive patient histories, preparing patients for examinations.

• Ensures strict HIPAA Compliance in all patient interactions and data handling.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CCMA, RMA, CMA).

• One year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in Vital Signs Measurement and accurate recording.
• Expertise in Phlebotomy techniques and best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Skill in Patient History Taking
