Healthcare Management
Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.
Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.
We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.
Mission:
Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
The Clinical Care Pharmacist Manager leads the Clinical Care Supervisor and Trainer team, ensuring the department delivers accurate, compliant, and clinically sound service to patients and providers. This role owns the strategic and operational health of the clinical care function—identifying process gaps, developing solutions in partnership with other department leaders, and driving those solutions through the supervisor team to the frontline.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking several steps ahead on process strategy and rolling up their sleeves to make sure a change actually lands with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Clinical Care Supervisors and the Trainer, setting clear expectations, providing regular coaching, and building leadership capability within the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the clinical care function.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports focused on both performance and professional growth.
- Strategic Process Improvement
- Identify recurring process, workflow, and quality issues by analyzing performance data, escalation trends, and supervisor feedback; diagnose root causes rather than one-off fixes.
- Think strategically about long-term solutions to operational and clinical process challenges, weighing tradeoffs across quality, compliance, staffing, and patient/provider experience.
- Own process and SOP improvement initiatives from idea through implementation.
- Cross-Departmental Partnership
- Partner with leaders in Operations, Workforce Management, Compliance, and Training to bring clinical perspective into broader operational decisions, and to bring operational reality into clinical process design.
- Represent the clinical care team in cross-functional problem-solving discussions, ensuring solutions work in practice, not just on paper.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations leadership on staffing, scheduling, and service-level strategy.
- Execution & Change Management
- Translate strategic decisions into clear, actionable plans that supervisors can execute with their teams.
- Work with supervisors to determine the most effective way to disseminate process changes downstream, tailoring the approach to the team and the change.
- Get creative with how change is communicated—the goal is understanding and adoption, not just notification.
- Stay connected with the broader clinical care team, not just supervisors, to gather real-time feedback on how changes are landing, and adjust course as needed.
- Quality, Compliance & Clinical Escalation
- Serve as the escalation…
