Job Description

Pay Rate: $19/ hour – Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

Must be able to work any shifts assigned, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

This Resort Front Desk Supervisor supports the Rooms Division Manager and General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences by overseeing front desk and reservations operations. This role blends hands‑on operational leadership with financial accountability and proactive problem solving to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the resort.

As a Resort Front Desk Supervisor, you will:

  • Directly supervise Front Desk team members, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, and manage rewards and disciplinary actions.
  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
  • Keep marketplace shelves fully stocked and ready for customers.
  • Transmit and receive telephone messages.
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and registration of guests.
  • Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts.
  • Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Prepare daily reports (credit limit, cash).
  • Review daily arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping when VIP guests arrive.
  • Set up Front Desk schedule and meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of front desk experience.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shifts assigned, including evenings and overnights.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
