Double Tree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our busy banquet-heavy hotel kitchen. This is a hands-on role where you will jump on the line, oversee daily production, and ensure banquet events run smoothly.
You will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage/Executive Chef to guide the culinary team, manage production, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all services.
