Our client is seeking a dynamic, well-rounded Senior Human Resources Manager who thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of People Services with significant HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager experience, including leading and coaching others, training and organizational development. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting to the VP of Human Resources—ideal for someone who loves building and maintaining processes, supporting internal customers, and building trust across the organization.

What You’ll Do Employee Experience & Operational Leadership
  • Lead and develop HR Services team of 3 (Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator)
  • Support advancing initiatives that strengthen scalability, operational excellence, and employee engagement
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions and service delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business needs and company culture
  • Lead and manage processes to ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience across onboarding, off-boarding, and internal transitions
  • Coordinate engagement and pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and drive actionable improvement plans
  • Oversee accurate data management, partnering with HRIS Manager to assure actionable people analytics are developed and utilized in decision making
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Handle employee relations and investigation matters
  • Guide managers through performance conversations and improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, across the full employment cycle
Performance & Development
  • Drive performance review cycles and calibration sessions
  • Plan and support manager development and training initiatives
  • Collaborate on organizational development and succession planning
  • Facilitate feedback loops and employee engagement efforts
Communications, Change & Program Management
  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans for new systems, policies, and processes ensuring stakeholders are engaged, informed, and supported.
  • Champion continuous improvement in HR services, and maintain the evolution of HR policies, employee handbook and HR Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Lead HR projects including benefit open enrollment, organizational changes and growth
  • Partner on internal communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and culture and to assure understanding and adoption
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines
  • Experience leading and coaching HR team members or cross-functional partners
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, performance management, and employee relations
  • A service mindset — you thrive in supporting others and solving real-world HR challenges
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change in a fast-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and follow-through
  • Alignment with servant leadership values: humility, accountability, and trust-building
  • Bachelors of Human Resources, Business or equivalent
Bonus Points
  • Experience in biotech, life sciences, manufacturing or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms
