Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations, Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing training opportunities, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, creating company HR policies, maintaining member files up to date, coordinating with all the house program managers to get details of happenings in their respective group homes, and documenting all correspondence with the state of Arizona.
The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
- Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
- Assist in performance management tasks
- Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
- In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
