Contract Project Manager – ATS Implementation (Jobvite)

Our client is seeking a contract Project Manager to lead the full implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System, Jobvite. This is a high-visibility initiative that will involve close collaboration with Talent Attraction, HR, IT, and business stakeholders across the organization. The Project Manager will guide the project from initial planning through go‑live and stabilization.

• Develop and manage the implementation plan, including scope, milestones, and success criteria
• Facilitate project governance activities such as working sessions, status reporting, and decision tracking
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinate mitigation plans and escalations when needed
• Partner with HR and IT to document system integrations and data relationships with connected systems (e.g., HRIS, assessments, background check providers, SSO, and reporting tools)
• Coordinate system configuration including workflows, stages, permissions, templates, and approval processes
• Map current recruiting processes and support the transition to future workflows within the new system
• Oversee data migration and cutover activities from the legacy ATS
• Support user acceptance testing, training materials, and go‑live readiness
• Drive accountability for action items and deliverables across cross‑functional teams

• 3–5 years of project management experience, including HR technology or ATS implementations
• Experience coordinating multi‑system integrations and stakeholder groups
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to create clear documentation such as requirements, process maps, and training materials
• Comfortable working with limited vendor support and navigating ambiguity

Experience with Jobvite or other enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Lever) and familiarity with recruiting lifecycle processes. Project management certifications are a plus.
