The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting, employee records management, and training support. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build foundational HR skills in a fast-paced environment. Flexible part-time or full-time schedule!
$21/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and supporting the onboarding process
- Maintain and organize employee and temporary employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
- Help track and maintain HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and hiring data
- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and recordkeeping
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
