We are a leader in non-medical home care serving individuals with special needs across Arizona. Our organization is committed to service excellence for people with disabilities and the elderly. We are looking for someone to fill our position as Staffing Manager in our Mesa office. This position is a pivotal part of our Care Coordination Team. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish to ensure that only top-quality staff are matched to the people we serve.

Manages and directs the operation of home care service delivery by recruiting, onboarding, and managing qualified employees. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining quality staff to care for Abrio Home Care members who are elderly, individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, or have chronic illnesses. Schedules caregivers for work based on the care plan. Coordinates resources and liaises between employees,funding source agencies, the members, and families.

Job Duties:
Developing and implementing recruitment plans that bring in qualified candidates for the caregiver positions.
Conducting new hire interviews to ensure appropriate selections meet Abrio Home Care's quality of care criteria.
Effectively onboarding new hires promptly, ensuring records are complete.
Full knowledge of the hiring process, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Assisting new hires in navigating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the new hire kiosk.
Conducting pre-employment background checks and reference calls.
Processing and submitting fingerprints and fingerprint applications.
Participating in events to promote staff recruitment, such as job fairs, health fairs, and community events.
Evaluating community and online resources to develop a comprehensive staff recruitment plan that attracts qualified applicants.
Being responsible for building relationships with recruitment sources in the community.
Schedule:
Full-time, Salaried exempt position may include other administrative duties as assigned, schedule flexibility, and an on-call rotation (availability).
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but will vary depending on need.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English Knowledge of In-home care
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpmMust be comfortable with using technology
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change
Must be a team player
Good listening skills.
Dependable, Punctual, and Reliable
36 Month Driving Record Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $44,000 - $48,000, depending on experience#IND#IND
