Location:
Mesa, Arizona (Hybrid) only local candidates will be considered.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. You will act as a vital link in the talent acquisition journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Providing comprehensive interview scheduling and meeting coordination support.
• Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process to ensure a positive experience.
• Managing recruitment process compliance and maintaining system administration.
• Traveling to job fairs in Mesa when needed.

• Reviewing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates before presentation.
• Collaborating with the broader team on special projects to enhance service delivery.
• Executing recruitment plans with a high degree of detail and follow-through.
• Maintaining a strong service mindset while following established, high-output processes.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.

  Skills:
  
  Strong computer skills, solid understanding of MS Office or Google products (specifically calendars and email), and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday experience.
• Location & Travel: Based in Mesa, Arizona, with the ability to travel to local job fairs as needed.
• Languages: Bilingual is a plus.

$38,010 - $51,450 (Hourly RPO contractor position)

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
